Grace M. Conti – Executive Vice President
Ms. Conti has been with the firm since 1993. She holds a degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations from the State University of New York and has also taken courses at Cornell University.
Ms. Conti is perhaps best known for her expertise in Affirmative Action rules and regulations. Often called the “Affirmative Action guru” by her clients, she is proud of her exceptional record of successfully closed OFCCP audits. Grace has developed comprehensive programs tailored specifically for those companies which have or are seeking Federal government contracts. Ms. Conti regularly holds training workshops throughout the country on compliance with OFCCP regulations. Her clients come from a variety of industries including aircraft, communications, hospitality, manufacturing and various service industries.
Beth Fagin – Esq., Labor and Employment Law Consultant
Since her admission to the New York Bar, Beth Fagin has practiced exclusively in the field of labor and employment law. In addition to litigating employment and related matters in the state and federal courts, Ms. Fagin represents employers in administrative proceedings brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the Department of Labor, among others.
Ms. Fagin works closely with our clients providing advice and counsel to human resources professionals and company executives on all types of workplace law issues, including effectively developing employee policies and practices, conducting discrimination and harassment investigations, administering FMLA and disability leave requests and wage and hour compliance. Ms. Fagin has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating employment agreements, severance packages and restrictive covenants.
Ms. Fagin has lectured extensively and counsels clients on topics that include wage and hour compliance, social media in the workplace and HR audits. Ms. Fagin keeps current on the ever changing requirements of the Affordable Care Act and often speaks on this topic. She also regularly provides training to our clients’ managers, and employees in the areas of harassment, discrimination, HR laws and compliance, and workplace investigations.
