- Advanced Employee Assignment Functionality: The Assign Employee function allows managers to fill their work requirements with maximum efficiency. Once an employee has been selected for a particular assignment, Valiant scheduling allows the option of assigning him or her for that day only, or for every opening in each future week that corresponds to the specific day being assigned.
- Qualifications: A user defined qualifications list can be assigned at either the position or employee level. This ensures that only employees with the proper job skills can begin a specified tour.
- Maximum Hours: If an employee attempts to sign in for hours that exceed his or her allowable workload for a specified tour, Valiant scheduling will not allow sign-in and notify a manager of the conflict.
- Work Availability: Work availability is broken down into half-hour increments and specified at the employee level. Valiant scheduling software knows which employees are available to work based on the day, date and time of each tour.
- Licensing and Training: Valiant scheduling limits assignments only to those employees who have the necessary and active licensing and training.
- Forbidden Lock-out: Valiant scheduling can set a forbidden flag by specific customer, employee or location. Forbidden employees are never allowed to check in unless the lock-out is specifically overridden by a manager.
