Key Responsibilities

  • Managing an implementation life cycle from start to end
  • Training and orienting new clients on the TLM system
  • Refreshing skills of existing clients by providing refresher or new hire trainings
  • Ensuring consistent and efficient workflow between clients and system
  • Resolving performance issues when a client is dissatisfied with their support or service
  • Contribute to the product development team on system enhancements and next generation software creation
  • Provide operational support on TLM systems to current clients
  • Respond to client inquiries and problems that come in via the help desk / support inbox


  • Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree a plus.


  • Experience

  • Experience working in a client facing position
  • Experience working with software engineering teams
  • Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and practice
  • Knowledge of the Time and Attendance, and Payroll Industry
  • Knowledge of or experience in hourly based operational industries such as security, production, warehouse, hospitality or entertainment
  • Knowledge of basic state and federal hourly labor laws
  • Experience working collaboratively with business owners, subject matter experts, and development teams during the training phase
  • Experienced Project Management Certification (PMC) a plus

  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills and ability to diffuse hostile clients / situations


  • Equipment/Software

  • Modern office/computer equipment with related software including Microsoft Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Travel required 20%-40% of the time
  • Must be self-motivated and support a changing environment and culture
