The Challenge

With our previous scheduling system, we were unable to efficiently predict overtime and manage our contracted client hours.

The Solution

Valiant provided us with convenient week-at-a-glance scheduling capabilities. Our operations staff can look at a PC screen and see the schedules of multiple personnel for the entire week. The system also allows us to set limits whereby a security officer cannot be scheduled overtime without the dedicated approval of a manager. Valiant's customer support staff is very knowledgeable and has helped when any issues have occurred.

The Results

Visionª has decreased the amount of officers' overtime. Less operations staff is required to administer and manage scheduling and payroll in a more positive manner. We have been able more effectively manage the contracted client hours and also improve performance of the security officers.
