Anthony Petraco

Anthony Petraco, CEO & Founder

Anthony began his career at New York City-based OCS Security and Investigations, which boasted 100 employees and $1 million dollars in revenue. In 1987, Anthony founded OCS Group and introduced new outsourced employee staffing solutions; as the business expanded, he recognized the need for comprehensive labor management software that handled both payroll and time and attendance in a single solution. By 1989, Anthony had developed his first workforce management software solution to help manage his growing business. At the time of his departure in 1993, OCS Group had grown to over $30 Million dollars in annual revenue and had climbed to 2,800 employees, providing a multitude of outsourced staffing services.

In 1994, Anthony founded Valiant Software, designed specifically for companies with large hourly workforce's. Valiant is the direct result of the same comprehensive Labor Management Software he developed during his tenure at OCS.

A year later, Anthony founded Valiant Payroll Service. The service was primarily formed to support companies that prefer to outsource their payroll, while simultaneously offering an alternative to the products and services provided by industry leaders such as ADP and PAYCHEX.

In addition to his expertise in workforce solutions software and security industries, Anthony received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Donna Collins, Chief Operating Officer

Donna brings more than 20 years of senior operations management experience in payroll and HCM, a result of working with industry leader Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP). As Division Vice President of Business Engineering Services, Donna reported directly to the President of ADP’s $2 Billion Major Accounts Division.

Donna was responsible for the development and implementation of mission critical service initiatives to increase both revenue and net operating income. In the process of supporting Major Account strategic objectives, Donna was recognized for her ability to develop and drive best practices throughout the entire organization.

As Chief Operating Officer at Valiant, Donna oversees all ongoing business operations within the company. Donna has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Hofstra University.

Jeff DiDomenico

Jeff DiDomenico, Vice President Partner and Client Relations         

Jeff's entrepreneurial experience began in 1984, as co-founder of TDI; a typewriter rental company which grew over 13 years to become one of the nation’s leading distributors of computer supplies. TDI was also recognized by MetLife as vendor of the year, along with major companies IBM, Lexmark and 3M. In 1997 TDI was acquired by office product giant OfficeMax.

In October of 1999, Jeff joined Valiant as the Director of Sales and led Valiant to secure over 50% of the nation’s top 30 private security firms. In 2006 he moved to become the Director of Marketing, where he built Valiant’s social media program, content marketing strategies and successfully integrated the PCS payroll acquisition. After 6 years in the marketing role, he took on the lead responsibility in Strategic Partnerships and Client Services.

Jeff has served on the board of Board of Trustees of the Nature Conservancy, is a member of Energeia Partnership at Molly College, and is also a committee member for fundraising at Harbor fields SEPTA and Variety Children’s Learning Center. Jeff has a Bachelor of Business Marketing & Management Degree from St. John’s University

Jillian Born, Director of Human Resources          

Jillian joined Valiant in 2005 as Distribution Clerk during her final semester at Hofstra University. Graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration, Jillian took on the role of Executive Assistant while she continued her studies in Human Resources. After obtaining her PHR and SPHR Certifications, Jillian ascended the ranks to become Valiant’s Director of Human Resources.

Jillian specializes in benefits, employee relations, payroll and management. She has hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, compliance, reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development and benefits administration. In addition to these initiatives, Jillian actively participates in internal quality and process improvement projects.

Jim Weber

Jim Weber, Chief Financial Officer         

Jim is a finance and operations executive with more than two decades of experience driving growth in both early stage and publicly traded software companies. Most recently, Jim was CFO at Ghostery, Inc. where he helped restructure the company to help drive the growth while achieving profitability. Prior to that, Jim was the CFO of iLevel Solutions, where he started at the company at its early stage and helped grow the company which culminated with its sale to Ipreo. Prior to iLevel, Jim was CFO, Treasurer and Vice President of Operations for FalconStor Software, a publicly traded company, where he built the financial infrastructure to grow the firm from less than $1M in annual revenue to over $80M.

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and has a degree in accounting from Fordham University. He was named by Long Island Business News as one of its Top 40 under 40 recipients.

As Chief Financial Officer at Valiant, Jim oversees the finance organization and is responsible for business planning, accounting, tax, audit, and corporate governance.

Joe D'Onofrio, Chief Revenue Officer         

Joe brings more than 25 years of management and sales leadership experience in the payroll and human capital industry. Prior to joining Valiant, Joe was with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), where he was a Senior Sales Executive in the Major Accounts Division. He successfully led the Northeast Area Sales Team for over a decade. Most recently, Joe secured a role in ADP’s Corporate Sales Operations, spearheading several key revenue initiatives throughout the United States and Canada.

As Chief Revenue Officer at Valiant, Joe oversees all revenue generating areas. He is responsible for directing the companies salesforce and aligning marketing, customer support, pricing and several other key revenue expansion opportunities.

Michael founded PCS in 1998, providing payroll and HR services for the restaurant industry. After 22 years the company was acquired by Valiant. He is now the lead of Valiant’s restaurant division. As a 25 year plus industry veteran and well respected thought leader, Michael is responsible for providing the direction, strategy and client engagement for the future growth of the restaurant division. Valiant currently processes payroll for over 1,000 restaurants, the majority of which are based in the metropolitan NYC area.

Michael is a frequent blogger and author, and often speaks at industry payroll and accounting seminars. He is an expert when it comes to practical solutions in compliance for the restaurant industry.

Yussef Elsirgany, Chief Technology Officer          

Yussef joined Valiant in 2010 as Chief Technology Officer. He came to Valiant with over 15 years of experience as the Chief Executive Officer of software development firm NY Business Link, which provided solutions to mid-market clients. During his tenure there, Yussef produced a series of Social Media applications in conjunction with Facebook, Linkedin and additional platforms for large marketing & political campaign firms. Yussef developed a dynamic, multi-tenant social media platform which was used in various marketing campaigns for clients such as Nike, Baskin Robins, political candidates for Governor, State Senate, County governments, local candidates and political action groups.

As Chief Technology Officer Yussef is responsible for the entire product group which includes; Product Management, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance and Network Operations. Yussef is a graduate from CW Post, Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Math.
